About This Document
LEC Group Inc. ("LEC Group," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 6900 N Highlands Drive, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253, operates multiple application brands that may send SMS text messages to users who have separately and explicitly opted in. This document describes the SMS programs operated by each brand, how consent is obtained, and how to opt out.
Stokvel SMS Program

Opt-In
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during Stokvel account registration, you agree to receive text messages from the Stokvel SMS Notifications program. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the Stokvel service. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from any other terms or agreements.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of Stokvel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any Stokvel text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

General SMS Terms
Consent Is Separate and Not Required
SMS consent for each program listed above is obtained separately and independently from any other agreement, terms of service, or purchase. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Each brand's SMS consent is obtained through a dedicated, standalone checkbox during account registration that is separate from acceptance of general terms of service.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS programs are supported on all major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received in connection with our SMS programs. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Opting Out (All Programs)
To stop receiving SMS messages from any of our programs, reply STOP to any message from that program. You will receive a single confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific program unless you opt in again. Opting out of one program does not affect your enrollment in other programs.

Privacy
Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the purpose of sending the messages described in each program above.
Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our SMS programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
