To assist in this area of support LEC Group utilizes and recommends toolsets such as Symmetry On-Demand, a SAP application to assist the customer with not only technical change management but also other areas of support of the Business Application Competency Center. LEC Group also uses an advanced data transfer tool called Intedex, which assists customers moving data from production environments to development, quality and/or training systems so as to reduce turnaround time for problem resolution. Our Application Operations consultants are fully certified on these toolsets and know best how to implement them within the customer’s systems architecture to provide maximum business benefit.
